When creating the site to the maximum extent witnessing methodological guidelines of Ministry of Computer Science (Best practice - The rules for creating an accessible website), principal norms of WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), methodological guidelines of so-called Blind Friendly Web (the United Organization of the Blind and Visually Impaired) a and also principals of W4D. Pages do not contain any non-recommended elements
The content and layout of the pages are created with XHTML 1.0 Strict, actual graphic design using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). Vsize of the text are defined in relative units and can be easily resized using standard browser tools (for example, Ctrl + scrolling mouse wheel).
The Web site also includes a CSS style for print version. All pages are printable without any limitations by using standard web browsers (printer icon in the menu bar, or menu File - Print).
Organization and control are designed to be easily accessible to alternative browsers, as well as for persons with special needs (an alternative form of content).
