Research, development and creative activity
Given that the Institute VŠTE is of non-university direction, purely scientific activities will not be carried out. Thereby research, development and creative activities at VŠTE have greater weight and merit.
Profiling graduates of professionally oriented bachelor degree programs requires an appropriate modification in the field of research, development and creative activity. The reason is both to provide feedback between professional and user community, in particular, and to provide continuous innovation in the content of the curriculum and the content items in accordance with the degree of knowledge and experience relevant to the needs.
In the newly emerging businesses, there is an increased emphasis placed on professionalism in primary and secondary management with appropriate language skills and practical skills. Along with this trend, there is a significant increase in the need to input the application and development potential in these new businesses with the possibility of partial and comprehensive solutions to issues at the corporate level to direct implementation of solutions and feedback on the educational process. This applies to both the manufacturing sector and business organizations, financial and banking institutions and public administration.
In accordance with these basic starting points, there is a proposed programme conceived in this field with a time of differentiation and a strong acceptance of regional specificities and needs (multispectral unit) in the public and private sectors of the South bohemian region.
