Completely a new card
The new card is made to the first-year students and new employees. The card is issued immediately; the chip is functional after midnight, card is possible to use next day.
Students need to bring a certificate of payment cards via reception, the employees must bring along an input sheet.
Re-issuing cards
In case you are already a student or employee and you need a new card (due to loss, deterioration, damage), it’s created a new card.
The original card is canceled in the information system (amount in ISKAM is still actual) and a new card is issue immediately. The chip is functional after midnight, card is possible to use next day.
In case of loss it’s necessary to fill in statement of loss.
