– Extract from the criminal records of the home state not older than 180 days, it is necessary translated by an expert with a round stamp
– after entering the territory of the Czech Republic you must pick up a card to declare a duration of stay up to 3 days, a fee of 1,000 CZK
– the deadline for processing is 60 days after submitting the application (including all application requirements)
– before issuing a visa it is necessary to present a document of health insurance for the entire stay
